- Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors, and dust accessible surfaces in the rooms you use.
- Everyday finishing touches
- Wipe frequently touched surfaces and empty household bins as part of the agreed cleaning tasks.
Tasks and frequency are agreed before we start, subject to availability. Specialist work such as carpet steam cleaning or window cleaning needs a separate discussion and quote. NDIS funding for any service depends on your individual circumstances and plan.
Can you use your NDIS funding?
Cleaning may be funded when it is an NDIS support related to your disability and meets the rules for using your plan. Having an NDIS plan does not automatically mean every cleaning service is covered.
OutClean is not NDIS-registered. For household cleaning, self-managed and plan-managed participants can generally choose an unregistered provider. NDIA-managed funding requires a registered provider.
Self-managed
You arrange payment and keep the records needed for your claims. Check that the cleaning is an eligible use of your funding, then contact us to agree on the work and price.
Plan-managed
Speak with your plan manager about the support, available budget and invoice requirements. We will need to agree on billing arrangements before confirming your clean.
